  • Shipping Time
    We are open with business, accepting and fullfilling your orders. We do our best that your ordered product reaches you as fast as possible. However, some countries postal services are overwhelmed by orders or they are not accepting international deliveries, which may interfere the way and time the product reaches you. From our past experience we can tell, that the estimated delivery time can take up to 14 days, but there are good news, all products arrived safe.
  • Am I eligible for free standard shipping?
    All orders are qualified for free standard shipping worldwide.
  • How do I take best care about my new Silk piece?
    Silk is known as a long lasting fabric, but only if treated correctly. Handwash your piece or let it be washed professionally! If you wash it yourself at home, follow these steps: 1. Seperate colours 2. Soak the pieces of the same colour in cold water for 5 minutes using a gentle detergent 3. Swirl the clothes around gently in the water 4. Roll each item into a towel, then lay flat to dry or hang it, easy and fast. The garment can become porous or damaged if treated incorrectly, which could be spraying perfume or deodorant on the garment, exposing it to direct sunlight or tumble drying it. Please avoid these factors and you will enjoy your new silk piece for a long time.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    We usually process orders within the same day. If you realize that you want to make a change to your order, you have the chance to do so within 1 hour after you placed your order with us. We seek your understanding that we are not able to change your order if it has been packed and is on the way out. Kindly leave us a message at our E-Mail: spirit_nomad@yahoo.com with your order number and details and tell us what you would like to be changed. We are doing our best to fulfill your request.
  • How do I track the status of my order?
    Your order will come with a tracking number. Once we processed your order you will receive an E-Mail with the information that your product is on the way. With this E-Mail you will also receive the shipping details, which contain a tracking number so you can see status of your order.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Credit and Debit Cards as well as Online Bank Transfer.
  • What can I do when my payment is pending or declined?
    Oh no, we don't want that! There are some possible reasons, one may be a maximum card limit or insufficient funds. We advise you to contact your bank for more information and details. As soon as your payment has been verified and approved your order will be packed and shipped. Please note! We seek for your understanding that we are not responsible for any delays or unsuccessful delivery caused through an unsuccessful/declined/pending payment. We do our best that the product reaches you as fast as possible! By making the payment you confirm that the credit/debit card is valid, that you authorize the transaction and also that your payment details are correct.
  • I ordered the wrong colour/size/product. Can I return the item and get a refund or exchange?
    We do understand the disappointment which comes with receiving a product which is not what you intended to order. Contact us as soon as possible, maximum 14 days after you placed your order. Leave us a message on our E-Mail: spirit_nomad@yahoo.com. We kindly let you know that we don't accept cash refunds in these cases. But we will be happy to send you another product. In this case the buyer is responsible for return postage cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • I received an incorrect/damaged product, what can I do?
    Our priority is that you are satisfied with our product. For this reason we work hard so the quality standard of our product is fulfilling your expectations. We are also humans so it is possible that mistakes happen. If you receive an incorrect/damaged product, a replacement will be sent to you without any extra cost. If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will receive a refund in form of a gift card. Kindly leave us a message at spirit_nomad@yahoo.com with your order details as order number, picture/video of the damaged/incorrect product. We will do our best to quickly support you.
  • Will shipping costs be refunded as well?
    Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable as long as the item was successfully delivered to the adress you entered. Notice that you need to bear the costs of returning your item. In case the product was delivered incorrect/damaged we will cover the shipping costs. Kindly leave us a message at spirit_nomad@yahoo.com with your order detail, picture/video of the incorrect/damaged product. Approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment, it is normal that this process can take some time, so please be patient.
  • How long will my replacement product take to be delivered?
    This will depend on the delivery service you are using to return the product to us. Once the product reached us, we will need 1-2 days to review the request. If your request is approved, we will send the exchanged product within one week. After this process the usual shipping time applies.
